CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT / OFFICER
 

Responsibilities:

 
  • Well present YM at Customer Service Centre and introduce the brand in friendly manner
  • Basic sales services are required for relationship development,  non-sales target oriented
  • To carry out daily operations in CS department including enquire service, monitoring of E-Commerce platform etc.
 

Requirements:

 
  • Bachelor Degree or above
  • 1-2 years working experience
  • Positive and customer-oriented
  • Mature and able to work independently
  • Keen interest in Japanese culture
  • Experience in CS, hotel, hospitality & property management industry is most preferred
 
Job Offer:

 
  • 5-day work
  • Public Holidays: 17 days per year
  • Annual Leave: 11+ days per year
  • Non-sales target oriented
